So this was a Sec 23 Warrant, executed 18.07.2025 just after 7am by Rush Green and Crowlands Ward, assisted by Squirrels Heath Ward, St Albans and St Edwards Ward, Elm Park Ward and with assistance from Street duties officers.  Police had received multiple intel reports of drug dealing and ASB calls from this address. The tenant had lived at this address for a number of years and the local residents and the housing association had become at a loss with tenants behaviour. 

The Result 

– One Male arrested at the address for Breach of Court Order

The tenant was removed from the address, issued with a full closure order, the address was boarded up and the tenant remains a person of interest in our investigation.
